To our customers,

At BCS, people are our priority. As our nation and the world struggles to manage through the impact that the coronavirus (COVID-19) will have on both business and personal lives, we want to assure you that we are committed to supporting our employees, customers and partners as effectively as possible. As the President, I have previously enacted a special action team to deal with business continuity at many levels, inclusive of epidemics, pandemics and other similar crisis situations. This special action team is filled with industry experts, business continuity planners, microbiologists and more. We have carefully put together a comprehensive plan that will allow us to continue providing all services.

Our offices will stay fully operational and open for business. We have taken measures to protect our employees and our customers. We will be limiting our employee’s exposure to large crowds or public gathering places during our course of business.

In compliance with new regulations announced by state and health officials to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are taking steps to comply with government recommendations.  We are taking preventative actions by limiting contact with shipping vendors, practicing sanitation procedures in every area and ensuring that your package remains safe on its journey. Below is a list of some of the actions we have implemented.

  • Frequently Sanitizing Surfaces

  • Following CDC Guidelines

  • Reinforcing Proper Hygiene

  • Ascertaining Vendors & Suppliers Are Engaged in Preventative Measures

  • Keeping Our Employees Informed of COVID-19 Developments

  • Limiting Contact With Visitors

BCS will be continuing normal business operations in order to ensure that our employees are able to provide uninterrupted service delivery to our customers. However, as a precautionary measure, we will cease all group events, and instead leverage distance-learning and video conferencing technology until further notice. BCS will continue to monitor this situation and will keep you updated as we learn more.

Our prayers go out to all those whose health has been or will be affected by this virus, and our gratitude goes to all the first responders and health care workers around the world who are courageously fighting every day to help those who are ill. We are all in this together, and we will get through it together.

Thank you.

-Rick Webster, President
